Returns

Time limits and terms of return of the Order:

• LAURA ZNATY by MAX & MOI will accept product returns for a refund of the purchase price within fourteen (14) days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase, provided the products are in original condition, with original tags attached.

• To return products, email our returns department at lauraznaty@gmail.com with your receipt, obtaining a return merchandise authorization number before shipping.

*No returns will be accepted without a return number.

• Once you receive the number, you're responsible for shipping and handling charges. Use a carrier with tracking.

Refunds

Refunds on returned products:

• Refunds process within approximately ten business days of receiving merchandise in original condition with original packaging.

*Damaged, worn, or altered goods will not be accepted.

• Refunds credit the original payment method. No refunds for non-returnable or final sale products on this site.
